Where else do you find the frenchiest French man in France?? This guy is everything you would expect to see in a Pixar animated version of a Parisian. The look of disdain on his face, the smoldering cigarette between his fingers, the black and white striped shirt, the (damn near) Beret, the five-day beard growth... It's all there!
